Loving this 2.5 weeks out physique! It’s my best yet…so many improvements…staying full while getting shredded. It’s my first contest prep working with a coach and I feel like a jackass for not doing this 10 shows ago!! Although, my journey is precious to me and because I did it alone I now have all this knowledge to help coach my beautiful #jessiesgirls! A healthy, well-maintained, year-round “off-season” (there’s no OFF) = easy contest prep, little to no steady-state cardio and a healthy mind and body! You’re not truly dedicated to the sport if you don’t spend more time working on your “off season” than your 12 weeks before a show. The show prep is just there to get more lean so you can show off all of the hard ass work you put in the months and months leading up to that point. 😅💥💪 Less than 3 weeks out.
